Classic almond shake
This nutritious almond shake recipe is perfect for breakfast. It also serves as a nourishing shake after a workout, in addition to helping your skin glow.
I always try having breakfast to decrease those unpleasant sweet cravings at night. This smoothie is my go-to recipe when I'm on the run.
What I love about it is that it’s very versatile. You can easily add or remove some of the ingredients, depending on your health conditions.

Toss the mixture into my amazing @nutribulletme. It only takes a couple of minutes for this shake to be ready.
Note
I love oats in smoothies because they make them extra creamy, provide many health benefits, help keep my blood sugar balanced, keep me full for a longer period, and reduce my cravings after workouts.
The chia, almond butter, and oats give this shake a kick of protein. Whenever I’m taking it after a workout, I usually add 1-2 scoops of collagen powder or vegan vanilla protein powder.
This drink has multiple sources of fiber including bananas, dates, and chia seeds.
All of these provide a mix of soluble and insoluble fibers, keeping your digestive system running nice and smooth. This helps eliminate toxins efficiently and promote hormone balance in addition to keeping your body healthy and vital.
You can go super-shake mode and add an extra teaspoon of camu camu powder or 1/2 teaspoon of maca powder.
