This is a fat-free easy and healthy one-bowl blueberry banana cake. It only requires basic kitchen material to prepare.
Preheat the oven to 175 °C.
Add the ingredients in the respective order.
Bake for 35 min +/- 5 min, depending on your oven.
If you want your cake to be dairy-free, use 1/2 cup of coconut yogurt instead of Greek yogurt.
If you can’t get your hands on Greek yogurt, opt for vanilla yogurt.
For a sweeter-tasting cake, use 1/2 cup of honey.
