Is drinking hot water a secret to better health?

The Alchemy of Water

Among my favorite ways to drink water is to have it hot.

Yes, you read it well! Only use warm water. It’s the Chinese method.

Warm water – The Chinese way!

Ayurveda and Japanese culture both value the practice of drinking water first thing in the morning. Lukewarm water aids in energy conservation throughout the day. It also aids in constipation relief, boosts the body’s metabolism and vitality, and aids in the removal of toxins. The Chinese encourage “tepid water,” which is water with a temperature of around 37–45  degrees Celsius.

This temperature of the water is ideal for people with digestive issues.

Furthermore, a 2016 study found that warm water may help with bowel movements and gas expulsion following surgery.

The custom of Drinking Hot Water

Aside from the room temperature water I drink during the day, I take one warm cup in the morning and once at night. Preparing my cup of hot water is a ritual, one that has grown in spiritual significance through time.

I let the water come to a boil. The heat energy will break the intermolecular forces between the water molecules. As the attraction between them breaks, the molecules separate, resulting in vaporization if you continue boiling. At that moment, I pour my water and send good-loving, thankful thoughts with high-frequency vibrations to the molecules as they rearrange themselves.

This is alchemy on a subtle level.

This is inspired by the experience of Dr. Masaru Emoto on messages for ‎water. In his research, Dr. Emoto observed that water exposed to the vibrations of benevolent words, such as “thank you” or “love,” produces dazzling, intricate, and colorful designs that resemble snowflake patterns. Polluted water and water that has been exposed to negative thoughts, on the other hand, produce asymmetrical, incomplete designs in drab colors.

Water molecules have memory and are capable of receiving and transmitting electromagnetic information.

These facts have been proved in several scientific experiments. Water molecules are affected by our ideas, feelings, and words. Water changes form depending on the environment it’s exposed to. ‎ Water can absorb and retransmit human feelings and emotions.‎

So, I make sure my cup of warm water is energized to preserve my vital energy, Zhen Qi, as the Chinese believe, but it is also blessed with the recycled ‎frequency of self-love, gratitude, and appreciation. ‎

And this is what we call combining science and spirituality, my friends! ‎
